What’s in our Charcuterie boxes?
We typically use 5 - 7 types of cheeses and 4 - 5 types of cured meats for our medium and large boxes. For our small boxes we use about 3 types of cheeses and 3 types of cured meats.
Cheeses
Boursin, Brie, Cheddar, Goat cheese (cranberries and/or blueberries), Gouda, Havarti
Manchego, Mini Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, and Truffle Cheese.
Cured Meats
Capocollo/Coppa, Genoa Salami, Hot Salami, Jamon Iberico, Jamon Serrano, Mortadella, Prosciutto, Salami, Saucisson sec, Soppressata, Specialty Hams, and Sweet Salami.
Nuts
Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Sweet Caramelized Cashews, Truffle or Rosemary Marcona Almonds, and Walnuts.
Dried Fruit
Apricots, Cranberries, Craisins, Figs, Raisins.
Chocolate
Dark, milk and white chocolate covered nuts, pretzels and coconut almonds.
Additional Items in Our Boxes
Green and/or kalamata olives, carrots, hummus. We also provide jams, honey, preserves, fig spread or peppered jelly along with sweet and salty crackers to combine perfectly with all the tastes that your box will bring.
All ingredients are subject to availability, depending on what is available per season. Examples of seasonal ingredients include: gingerbread and maple flavored cookies, peppermint sweets, and others.

How Many People Do Our Boxes Serve?
Small box: 10 x 10 inches - up to 4 people - $69+
Medium box: 15 x 11 inches - up to 8 people - $125+
Large box: 19 x 14 inches - about 12 people - $190+
Pricing: Prices provided are for boxes with standard ingredients, if there is a specific selection of prime cheeses or cured meats then the price would be adjusted. A ribbon could be added per request and there is no extra fee for it.
