Q: What’s in our Charcuterie boxes?
A: We typically use 5 - 7 types of cheeses and 4 - 5 types of cured meats for our medium and large boxes. For our small boxes we use about 3 types of cheeses and 3 types of cured meats.
Cheeses
Boursin, Brie, Cheddar, Goat cheese (cranberries and/or blueberries), Gouda, Havarti
Manchego, Mini Mozzarella, Pepper Jack, and Truffle Cheese.
Cured Meats
Capocollo/Coppa, Genoa Salami, Hot Salami, Jamon Iberico, Jamon Serrano, Mortadella, Prosciutto, Salami, Saucisson sec, Soppressata, Specialty Hams, and Sweet Salami.
Nuts
Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Sweet Caramelized Cashews, Truffle or Rosemary Marcona Almonds, and Walnuts.
Dried Fruit
Apricots, Cranberries, Craisins, Figs, Raisins.
Chocolate
Dark, milk and white chocolate covered nuts, pretzels and coconut almonds.
Additional Items in Our Boxes
Make sure you let us know if you want us to add: green and/or kalamata olives, carrots, hummus. We can also provide jams, honey, preserves, fig spread or peppered jelly along with sweet and salty crackers to combine perfectly with all the tastes that your box will bring per your request.

Q: Can I place my order for a same day delivery/pick up?
It’s subject to availability and also there is an additional rush fee we kindly ask you to include it by the Check out time. If the order cannot be fulfilled we will call you right away.

A: Yes we do, just let us know in advance via email please.

Q: Are prices fixed?
A: Prices are fixed for ingredients listed in the Home page, if you required specialty cheeses or cured meats, there will be a surcharge.

Q: Can the box be used as a tray?
A: Definitely! The idea is that you open the box and is ready to be served, there is nothing else for you to do.

Q: Do you do Grazing Tables?
A: Yes we do, we come to you and we also offer smaller sizes that are pre assembled, making your life easier. Pllease fill out the form under the “Events” tab or call us at (860)965-1306 and we can take care of your request.

Q: Can you add a wooden board?
A: Yes we can do it for the Large size box.

Q: Do you offer Private Workshops?
A: Yes we do, we come to your house, your office or we could provide with optional venues as well. Looking forward to meeting you!!

Q: Do you do Corporate Events?
A: Yes, we do all kind of corporate events, not only serving charcuterie boards and cups, but we also do workshops for team building efforts.

Q: Do you do Weddings?
A: Yes, we do!. We also do the “Day of the wedding Bride Brunch Board”. Please fill out our form under the “Events” tab and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: How far in advance should I place my order?
A: We recommend placing your order at least 72 hours in advance. For custom items (like letters/numbers or minis), please allow one full week. Dates fill up quickly during holidays and weekends!

Q: Do you offer delivery?
A: Yes! We deliver within a certain radius of Canton, MA. Delivery fees are calculated based on distance. Pickup is also available from our commercial kitchen by appointment (also we cover some areas near Holliston,MA)

Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies?
A: Absolutely! We offer vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free, and pork-free options upon request. Please let us know in advance. Note: Our kitchen is not allergen-free certified.

Q: What’s the difference between a charcuterie box and a grazing table?
A: Boxes are individually packaged and great for gifting or small groups. Grazing tables are large, styled spreads designed for events like weddings, showers, and corporate parties.

Q: Do you require a deposit?
A: For grazing tables and large events, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.

Q: Do you offer workshops or private classes?
A: Yes! We host public workshops throughout the year and are available for private bookings. These are great for birthdays, team-building, or bridal events. Contact us to plan something special.

Q: What’s included in your charcuterie cups and minis?
A: Cups include a curated selection of cheese, meat, fresh fruit, nuts, and crackers. Minis are a smaller bite-sized version—perfect for cocktail hours and tastings.

Q: How should I store my charcuterie before serving?
A: Keep your box refrigerated until 30–45 minutes before serving. Letting it come to room temperature enhances the flavors—especially the cheese.
