Small Charcuterie Box - Serves 3-5 people. A square bamboo tray that includes the following gourmet ingredients: 3 cheeses, 3 cured meats, assorted nuts, fruits, many accompaniments as well as crackers. (10” x 10”)

Q:What’s in our Charcuterie boxes?

A: We typically use 3 -4 types of cheeses and 3 types of cured meats.

Cheeses 

Boursin, Brie, Cheddar, Goat cheese (cranberries and/or blueberries), Gouda,

Manchego, and/or BellaVitano.

Cured Meats

Capicola/Coppa, Genoa Salami, Prosciutto, Salami, Soppressata and/or Chorizo

Nuts

Almonds, Cashews, Pecans, Truffle or Rosemary Marcona Almonds, Pistachios and/or Walnuts. 

Dried Fruit

Apricots, Cranberries, Craisins, Figs, or Raisins.

Chocolate

Dark, milk and white chocolate covered pretzels

Additional Items in Our Boxes

Make sure you let us know if you want us to add: green and/or kalamata olives, carrots, hummus.  We can also provide jams, honey, preserves, fig spread or peppered jelly along with sweet and salty crackers to combine perfectly with all the tastes that your box will bring per your request.
